The session date cannot be held until the deposit is made. After one week of inquiry without a paid deposit, the session date will open up for other bookings.
The deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels or changes the session. If the photographer fails to appear at the scheduled location, date, and time listed above, the deposit shall be refunded to the client. Weather related cancellations shall be rescheduled without penalty.
Remaining balance is due at the beginning of the session. Payment is accepted in the form of cash or card. No personal checks. (Card includes a 2.9% processing fee.)
Photographs shall be available to the client in approximately two weeks via online photo gallery. USB drive can be provided per client request for an additional fee of $10.00.
Additional fees may occur. The client is responsible for all location fees (access fee, admission, parking, etc.). The client is responsible for obtaining permission for personally specified locations. Federal mileage fee of 58¢ per mile roundtrip will be charged for any location outside of Sandusky County, Ohio. If session location is 30 minutes one way from studio, $20.00 per hour will be added. Other fees include added time, any services/products/prints not included in the package purchased.
The client(s) shall assist and cooperate with the photographer in obtaining the desired photographs. The photographer is not responsible otherwise. Session time includes location changes, posing, prop changing, clothing changes, etc.
The photographer retains copyright in the photographs, and hereby grants the client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the client pays. The client may print or electronically distribute any image. The photographer retains all rights to use all images for portfolio, sample, self-promotion or professional competition or review (online or print).
Client may NOT alter, change, attempt to remove watermarks, crop, use filters, or attempt to change images. All social media shared images MUST be credited to Alicia May Photography.
Alicia May Photography will be sharing images on social media and website.
Commercial use of these photos is prohibited. The photographs are for personal use only, and may only be reproduced for the purpose of sharing with family and friends. If for any reason, client would like to publish, sell, use with marketing materials, etc. the client must receive written permission from and compensate Alicia May Photography before the release. An additional contract may be necessary.
Alicia May Photography, or Alicia DeWalt, is not responsible for any injury or accident sustained during the photography session. She is also not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
By signing this contract, I agree to all the terms and conditions. This contract shall be governed by the laws of the County of Sandusky in the State of Ohio and any applicable Federal law.
